REQUIREMENTS:

6 months of experience as a Home Health Aide
Active NJ CNA License
Valid Driver’s License & access to a reliable car (Preferred)
Physical exam within the past 12 months
PPD within the past 12 months or chest x-ray within the past 5 years
Proof of MMR immunizations
