We are seeking an experienced Voice Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise voice and network infrastructure across on-premises, multi-site, and cloud environments. This role focuses on Cisco voice technologies, UCaaS platforms, and secure network operations, with hands-on responsibility for troubleshooting, optimization, and lifecycle management.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and support LAN/WAN/WLAN solutions across multi-site and cloud environments.
Configure, administer, and maintain Cisco FTD, Cisco ISE, Meraki, Catalyst, and Nexus platforms.
Manage Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, including NAT, VPNs, ACLs, and network segmentation.
Operate and optimize Cisco Wireless Controllers to ensure reliable enterprise Wi-Fi performance.
Support Cisco voice infrastructure , including on-prem CUCM (Call Manager) , SIP trunks/SBCs, QoS, and dial plan changes.
Integrate and manage cloud UCaaS solutions (e.g., Webex Calling, Teams Phone, RingCentral) and Contact Center platforms (UCCX, UCCE, Webex Contact Center).
Troubleshoot network and voice performance issues; respond to incidents and service degradations.
Create and maintain network diagrams, runbooks, and change documentation .
Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and lifecycle refreshes with minimal service disruption.
Collaborate cross-functionally with infrastructure, security, and application teams.
