Our team works closely together to ensure the highest quality experience, with STNAs serving as the eyes and ears of the interdisciplinary team. Quick response STNAs play a crucial role in our Even More Care program, responding to urgent physical or psychosocial needs and sitting beside a patient who is in the active stages of dying.
