In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in the service department, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries (scheduling and payments), resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and in-person.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding appointments and services.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer requests or concerns.
• Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively in English, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions
• Bilingual or multilingual is preferred.

Skills

• Proven experience in customer service or customer support roles.
• Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications.
• Ability to analyze information and resolve issues efficiently.
• Experience with outbound calling is a plus.
• A positive attitude with a strong commitment to providing excellent service.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
