Digital Design Assistant Location Hybrid work in Mount Vernon, IA :

Digital Design Assistant

Part Time - 20hrs/week, flexible daytime hours

Hybrid Position if local to Mt. Vernon area -OR- Des Moines area.

We welcome on-site work, but not a requirement.

Overview: Looking for someone who is creative, perceptive to new tasks, willing to learn and be part of our “all hands on deck” team.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Assistant | Online Shops, CausePages, and Bulk Orders

1. Digital Product Upload Process: Proficient in product uploading for Online Shops, CausePages, and CAUSETEAM Branded Merch.

• Use Photoshop for accurate digital mockups. This involves visualizing how the final product will look based on selected designs and apparel items. Must be extremely detail oriented.
• Ensure detailed descriptions, SKU numbers, images, SEO, and pricing.

2. Design:

• Create impactful designs for CausePage t shirt fundraisers, resonating with the cause and inspiring contributions.
• Create marketing materials, graphics for website use, and social media graphic content.

3. Proof Mockups: Provide digital mockups within a proof template upon request.

• Customers include: CausePage Leaders, Online Shop Leaders, and Bulk Order Organizers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Strong skills in Canva
• Familiarity with digital design and graphic design principles
• Understanding of SEO and usability best practices
• Ability to work with E-commerce platforms
• Strong attention to detail and creativity

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.77 - $19.91 per hour
