Digital Media Strategist

Employment Type: Temporary-to-Permanent | Pay: Up to $30/hour | Work Arrangement: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, publish, and maintain digital content across social media, website, email newsletters, CRM, and digital asset platforms
• Schedule and optimize written, visual, and short-form video content to support programs, events, and organizational initiatives
• Manage daily social media posting, community engagement, and basic performance tracking
• Update website content and ensure publishing standards, accessibility, and usability best practices are followed
• Support digital operations including asset management, photography coordination, email distribution, and CRM-based audience lists

Required Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital media, communications, or marketing
• Experience producing content for professional or organizational brands
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, or equivalent) as well as project management software (Asana or similar tools)
• Must be able to work on-site Monday to Friday in Cambridge, MA

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Experience in museums, cultural institutions, academic organizations, or STEAM-related environments
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in complex organizations
