Beverage Crafting: Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, including espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks, adhering to recipe standards.
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately using the POS system, and answer questions about our menu and ingredients.
Quality Control: Dial in espresso and maintain machine calibration throughout the shift to ensure consistency.
Maintenance: Keep the coffee station clean, stocked, and organized.
Prep Cook Responsibilities:
Food Preparation: Execute daily prep lists, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients for the line.
Kitchen Efficiency: Assist in basic cooking tasks and ensure the kitchen stays organized during service.
Safety & Sanitation: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, labeling and dating all products, and maintaining a clean workspace.
Monitor stock levels of syrups, milk, beans, and prep ingredients, alerting management when supplies are low.
