Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to oversee all financial aspects of our Work space and Work force operations. The ideal candidate will ensure financial health, compliance, and efficiency while supporting strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

  1. Develop and monitor annual budgets in collaboration with senior management.
  2. Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support decision-making.

Financial Operations:

  1. Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely invoicing and payment collection.
  2. Oversee cash flow management and prepare cash forecasts.

Financial Compliance:

  1. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  2. Coordinate audits and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Financial Strategy:

  1. Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
  2. Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation.

Team Leadership:

  1. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  2. Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred).
  2. CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
  3. Proven experience (5-8 years) as a Finance Manager or similar role in facility management or payroll outsourcing related industry.
  4. Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
