Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Shift: 1st shift 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday

Pay: $16.50/hr

About the Role

We’re seeking hardworking and dependable Packers to join our team at a fast-paced food manufacturing facility . In this role, you’ll be responsible for packaging finished food products, checking quality, and preparing items for shipment. No prior experience is required — we’ll provide all necessary training!

Responsibilities

• Pack, seal, and label food products according to company standards
• Inspect products for quality, weight, and proper labeling
• Assemble boxes, trays, and packaging materials for production use
• Maintain clean and organized work areas following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Assist with production line changeovers and cleaning as needed
• Meet or exceed daily packaging and production goals
• Work as part of a team to ensure efficiency and quality output

Qualifications

• No prior experience required — training provided
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to work in a cold food production area
• Must follow all safety and hygiene policies
