**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for handling and processing products on various production lines. This role requires the frequent handling of bags weighing between 1-20 lbs., with occasional handling of bags weighing up to 50 lbs. **Responsibilities** + Read and understand ingredient labels and count the number of bags on a pallet. + Place scoops in cans, jars, or buckets and secure lids. + Stack and seal bags or cans of product as they come off the production lines. + Bag products as they come off the production lines. + Dump bags of product into the appropriate equipment on the production lines. **Essential Skills** + General production, lifting, bagging, quality control, and assembly skills. + Experience in packaging, hand tool use, packing, machine operation, and picking. + Proficiency in production line loading, power tool use, and machine operation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + No prior experience required as in-house training will be provided. + Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks efficiently. + Basic computer operational skills for inputting and retrieving information. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
