**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker, where you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing shop. This position requires a keen mechanical aptitude, strong math skills, and the ability to read micrometers. You will be responsible for supporting the grinding trade and ensuring the smooth operation of production processes. **Responsibilities** + Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and effective math skills. + Read and interpret micrometers accurately. + Show dependability and a willingness to learn the grinding trade. + Apply common sense understanding to follow instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form. + Perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, moving, and standing. + Maintain experience working in a machine shop environment. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical aptitude + Ability to read micrometers + Experience in a machine shop environment + Willingness to work overtime and different shifts **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Comfortable using hand tools + Graduation from NTMA (National Tooling and Machining Association) is preferred **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a rewarding career in a supportive and growth-oriented manufacturing environment. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
