**Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our team on the 3rd shift, Monday through Thursday, from 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM. This role offers competitive hourly compensation and provides an opportunity to work with innovative and environmentally sustainable products. **Responsibilities** + Load and unload parts or products onto pallets. + Prepare parts and products for cutting to appropriate measurements. + Prepare parts and products to be shipped for powder coating. + Ensure quality standards and processes are used throughout the facility. + Ensure production deadlines and goals are met. + Report issues or problems with production to immediate supervisor. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production and machine operation. + Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately. + Knowledge of CNC and troubleshooting. + Understanding of blueprint reading. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous manufacturing experience is desirable. + Mechanical aptitude and general production skills. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scranton, PA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
