Hospice LPN

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting RNs or Physicians in performing specialized procedures, duties and plan of care items.
• Administering and instructing administration of medication.
• Maintaining current patient records and progress notes.
• Maintaining regular communication with RN concerning patient and family care needs.

Requirements for this position include:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• LPN license.
• Nursing or patient care experience preferably within Hospice specialty.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
