Avec plusieurs établissements en Nouvelle-Calédonie, nous offrons une expérience client exceptionnelle, axée sur la qualité, l'innovation et le respect de nos collaborateurs. **Description du poste** **Missions, tâches et responsabilités :** En tant qu'Hotel Manager, vous serez responsable de : + Superviser l'ensemble des opérations de l'hôtel (hébergement, restauration, housekeeping, maintenance). + Garantir la qualité du service et la satisfaction client. + Manager, former et motiver les équipes pour atteindre les objectifs de performance. + Assurer la gestion budgétaire et optimiser les coûts. + Veiller au respect des normes de sécurité, d'hygiène et de qualité. + Développer la stratégie commerciale et contribuer à l'augmentation du chiffre d'affaires. **Profil recherché** + Diplôme en hôtellerie, tourisme ou management (Bac+3 minimum). + Expérience confirmée (5 ans minimum) dans la gestion d'un hôtel ou d'un département hôtelier. **Compétences et qualités personnelles recherchées:** + Esprit d'équipe, adaptabilité, et flexibilité dans l'organisation des priorités. + Bonne connaissance des logiciels informatiques et hôteliers (Opéra, Micros, Excel) + Bonne capacité de communication en **français et en anglais** , à l'écrit et à l'oral. + Solides compétences en gestion financière et en analyse de performance. + Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite. + Connaissance approfondie des opérations hôtelières (hébergement, restauration, maintenance, vente et marketing). + Capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes et à prendre des décisions rapidement. + Excellentes compétences en leadership, communication et gestion d'équipe.
