Hydraulic & Truck Equipment Installer (Bilingual)

An equipment company in Fort Worth, is hiring hands-on truck equipment installers to build highway safety and construction vehicles. This is steady, full-time work with overtime available. We are looking for bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates who are comfortable working with hydraulics, wiring, and mechanical systems.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday OT available: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Pay:

• $16–$22/hr DOE

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Install crash cushions and arrow boards on trucks
• Run electrical wiring from front to back of vehicles
• Connect hydraulic systems and components (this is very important)
• Mechanical assembly and installation of truck equipment
• Light welding as needed
• Lead role (if applicable): guide installers, check quality, keep work moving

What We’re Looking For:

• MUST be bilingual (Spanish & English)
• Experience with hydraulics on trucks or equipment
• Mechanical and electrical installation experience
• Backgrounds like truck upfitting, fleet mechanics, trailers, oilfield, or heavy equipment are a strong fit
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled shop
• Reliable, safety-minded, and ready to work
