Marcus and Millichap Century City is looking for a licensed real estate professional who wants to learn and grow in commercial real estate while earning rewarding commissions. This inside sales opportunity is designed to provide hands-on training, direct mentorship from top producers, and a clear path toward becoming a confident commercial listing agent. In this opportunity, you will learn how to generate qualified opportunities, build and manage pipelines, and support brokers in maintaining steady deal flow. You will gain exposure to client development, property analysis, and commercial transaction strategy while building the skills needed to move into your own listings over time. Marcus and Millichap provide structure, systems, and coaching focused on long-term development. You will begin by supporting experienced brokers and transition into personal production as experience, knowledge, and momentum grow.   • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
  • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
  • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
  • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
Qualifications:
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license
