Salary: $108,927 - 159,396 per year Requirements:

• Associate degree or an equivalent mix of education, certifications, and experience
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to obtain necessary certifications within one year of employment, if required
• ITIL Certified (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
• Epic Certification
• CompTIA A+ Certification (Computer Technology Industry Association)
• SQL Certification
• CSD Certification (Certified Scrum Developer)
• OnBase Certification
• RHIT (Registered Health Information Technologist)
• RHIA (Registered Health Information Administrator)
• 3M 360 Systems Administrator
• CAHIMS (Certified Associate in Healthcare Information and Management Systems)
• Epic Cadence Module certification strongly preferred
• Experience in an Agile work environment preferred
• Strong collaborative skills and initiative in a remote work setting preferred
• Innovative, inquisitive, and determined mindset preferred

• Employ analytical skills to comprehend and document requirements and workflows to enhance customer value
• Support assigned applications by ensuring they are updated to vendor-recommended versions
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve escalated issues related to complex applications
• Maintain server performance by overseeing patching, reboots, and ensuring compliant software versions
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours application assistance
• Work with stakeholders to identify operational needs, risks, and project requirements
• Collect, document, and assess business, data, and integration requirements alongside workflow processes
• Take part in or lead the design phase and complete tasks for intricate development and unit/integration testing
• Generate and maintain application support documentation
• Provide training for end-users and team members as necessary
• Engage in mentorship and training via various methods
• Conduct pair programming sessions to educate others
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing meetings
• Seek self-training opportunities and relevant conferences that resonate with annual goals
