Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of two or more employees on landscape and horticulture projects
• Perform and oversee tasks such as planting, pruning, weeding, and bed maintenance
• Install and remove seasonal containers and holiday décor as needed
• Coordinate daily job tasks, delegate responsibilities, and ensure work meets quality standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and management regarding project needs and updates
• Load and unload trucks, tools, and materials at job sites
• Safely operate trucks and landscape equipment
• Track crew time and materials used for each project
• Maintain clean and organized vehicles and equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and promote a safe work environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in landscaping, fine gardening, or horticulture
• Experience as a crew lead or foreman preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Valid driver’s license
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Authorization to work in the United States
