Event design

🚀 Your Mission

Create and manage the ongoing content cadence that keeps the Inkognido ecosystem exciting, fresh, and always evolving.

You will:
Design events, limited-time modes, AR zones, live missions
Build seasonal tracks, challenges, and community-wide mechanics
Work with systems & economy designers to tune rewards and sinks
Collaborate with narrative to create event-driven story beats
You design the ongoing life-cycle of the platform.

🛠 Responsibilities

Design daily/weekly/monthly mission rotations and challenges
Build seasonal content frameworks (Battle Pass, world events, faction cycles)
Create AR-driven live events tied to real-world dates, places, and discoveries
Develop design docs for limited-time modes and special rewards
Collaborate with Economy Designer to tune live rewards
Coordinate with Narrative for seasonal story arcs and event lore
Monitor KPIs and player behavior to adjust pacing
Create retention loops that renew engagement throughout each season
Plan community-wide activations and surprise events
Work with engineering and LiveOps team to deploy events safely
Document live content schedules and tools for internal teams
You shape the excitement and surprise factor of the entire platform.

🧠 Requirements

Must Have:
Experience designing live-service content (MMO, RPG, mobile, F2P, etc.)
Strong understanding of reward pacing, player psychology, and engagement loops
Ability to create event frameworks, schedules, and design documentation
Understanding of data and KPIs that drive LiveOps decisions
Ability to collaborate with system designers, narrative, and engineering
Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have:
AR event experience or interest in real-world mission design
Experience with seasonal story integration
Familiarity with online communities and social engagement
Background in economy tuning or reward balancing
Experience managing tools for LiveOps deployment
This role is for designers who love thinking in cadence, rhythm, and player momentum.
