Full-Time | Mon–Thu, 10-hour shifts

Our client, with over 40 years in the business, is seeking an experienced Marine/Yacht Carpenter for new-build yacht construction. Ideal for craftsmen with advanced woodworking and finishing experience from marine carpentry or luxury residential/custom-home carpentry.

What You’ll Do

• Build and install bulkheads, headliners, doors, trim, cabinetry, and custom interiors
• Perform advanced joinery and fine finish work (veneers, laminates, Formica)
• Install teak decking, covering boards, and exterior wood components
• Interpret blueprints and produce precise, clean work
• Work with marine-grade materials, adhesives, and specialty tools

What You Bring

• 2+ years marine carpentry or high-end residential finish carpentry
• Expert joinery, fine woodworking, and precision finishing
• Ability to contribute quickly with minimal instruction after brief onboarding
• Strong experience with marine-grade materials, adhesives, and finishing products
