Job Description

Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator is the driving force that keeps MTI's marketing engine running at full speed. In this highly visible, hands-on role, you'll orchestrate the marketing schedule, data, partnerships, and logistics that power our brand from shaping marketing schedules and ensuring flawless execution, to maintaining product data accuracy, supporting distribution partners, and bringing our trade show presence to life.

You will collaborate daily with sales teams, agency partners, and distribution networks to ensure every campaign, communication, and piece of content is delivered with precision and on time. If you thrive on organization, love making complex operations feel seamless, and enjoy being the person everyone relies on to “make it happen,” this role offers the perfect blend of ownership, variety, and visibility.

Join MTI and help elevate a trusted, industry-leading brand by ensuring our marketing operations are accurate, efficient, and executed with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Schedule & Project Execution

  • Own the master marketing schedule, ensuring all campaigns, agency projects, partner activities, and internal deadlines are tracked and delivered on time.

  • Serve as the primary liaison for new product updates, promotions, and general marketing announcements to partners.

Sales Team Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing tools, materials, product information, and data support their needs.
  • Support sales events and initiatives, including preparation of event-specific materials.
  • Assist with product/sales training and updates to training collateral.

CRM System

  • Oversee CRM data integrity including account, contact, and lead approvals, and maintenance of product and pricing data.
  • Input and route marketing-generated leads to the appropriate Solutions Advisor and communicate handoffs with the sales team. Assist sales team members with CRM questions and provide support documentation, work instructions, and user guides.
  • Manage Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) until they are ready for assignment.

Digital Marketing & Marketing Asset Management

  • Support and execute updates to website content and digital marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with agency web teams to troubleshoot site issues and ensure accurate, timely updates.
  • Maintain and inventory all marketing brochures, print materials, samples, and floor templates.
  • Process requests for marketing materials from customers and the sales team.
  • Oversee storage, reorders, and distribution of print collateral and promotional items.
  • Coordinate business card procurement with HR.

Trade Shows & Events

  • Manage trade show and event logistics: scheduling, accommodations, exhibit space, services, and booth shipments.
  • Track and maintain demo product inventory, displays, and promotional items.
  • Coordinate with sales to ensure readiness of event materials and equipment.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 1-5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing coordination or similar role.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

  • A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently when required.
  • A high level of accountability, accuracy, and ownership over your work.
