Location: Rockwall, TX Responsibilities: + Patient check-in and check-out + Answering and directing phone calls + Scheduling appointments + Processing prior authorizations + Verifying insurance coverage + Collecting and recording payments Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM No weekend or evening shifts Compensation and Benefits: + Hourly rate up to $22+, depending on experience + Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) + Opportunities for long-term career growth + Supportive and collaborative team environment Qualifications: + Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) + Minimum of 1 year of front office experience in a medical setting + Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems + Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Appy today!
