Pay Range: $38.55 - $50.53 per hour

The above reflects the anticipated hourly wage range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:

Supervises performance and interpretation of routine and complex diagnostic assays on blood,

Supervises duties related to the preparation, identification and testing of specimens,

Supervises duties related to record documentation, consults with the Medical Director and Administrative Director on regulatory compliance updates,

Participates in the administrative and budgetary operations of the section,

Qualifications:
Required:

• Meets education and experience equivalent to the guidelines mandated by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), CLIA and the New Jersey State Department of health and Senior Services (NJSDHSS) laws
• Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or related field Four (4) plus years of experience in Blood Bank,

Preferred:

• ASCP or NCA certification preferred
