Transparent Pay & Raise Policy
- Starting pay: $18.00/hour
- Annual raises: $0.50–$0.75/hour based on attendance, performance, and write-up history
- Wage cap: $19.00/hour
- At the cap?You’ll receive an annual cost of living bonus , paid out over time instead of a raise
- Schedule : All shifts available – weekend and NOC shift differentials may apply, all schedules include every other weekend
Medication Aide Responsibilities
- Support residents with daily care (hygiene, dressing, eating, mobility, toileting)
- Administer medications
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
- Communicate clearly with staff, residents, and families
- Keep the building clean, safe, and within compliance standards
Medication Aide Requirements
- CBRF certification preferred, but not required — we provide financial support for training!
- Must pass a caregiver background check
- Strong attendance and professionalism
- Compassionate and reliable team player
