Position: Non-Functional Performance Test Engineer
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 12 months
Focus Areas:
- Performance and regression testing
- Backend systems
- Load and scalability testing
- System performance metrics and bottleneck identification
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop performance test plans
- Execute load and scalability tests
- Monitor and analyze system health
- Troubleshoot performance issues and conduct post-incident analysis
- Collaborate with Dev and QA teams for issue resolution
- Coordinate across teams for performance-related tasks

Documentation
- Create detailed test plans and performance reports
