About The Role

Key Objectives
Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments.
Coordinate office logistics and maintain efficient workflow.
Enhance communication and organization within the office environment.
Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing workspaces and coordinating orientation activities.
Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access and confidentiality.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
Support event planning and execution for team meetings, trainings, and company functions.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally and promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support special projects and administrative needs.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in office administration or a related role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor with a customer-service oriented approach.
Qualifications
Experience supporting multiple teams or departments is a plus.
Basic knowledge of budgeting and procurement processes is advantageous.
