**Summary:** Operate automatic plastic forming machines to fabricate plastic parts **.**
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following:
+ Handle material to and from work station
+ Keep machine area and equipment clean
+ Responsible to notify lead/supervisor with machine issues
+ Occasionally operate one or more machines
+ Fill in shift reports timely and accurately
+ Visually inspect and maintain quality standards
+ Report material shortages
+ Maintain work area using 5S Principles and follow Lean Manufacturing Principles
+ Observe all Safety rules
+ Complete required paperwork
+ May work in groups and/or individually as assigned
+ Support the team objectives
+ Other duties as assigned
+ Must be able to work a weekend schedule
+ Must be able to work overtime as needed
+ Flame, assemble and pack parts

**Education and/or Experience:** High school diploma or general education degree (GED); six months related experience preferred and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in physically demanding work in factory environment preferred. Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions presented in English.
**Language Skills:** Reasonable ability to read, write, comprehend and speak the English language **.** Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information to management and co-workers.
**Mathematical Skills:** Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
**Reasoning Ability:** Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
