Job Title:  Administrative Assistant
Location:  Forked River, NJ

Type:  Contract
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 hourly
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours:  Approximately 16 hours per week, flexible schedule. Office is open from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. Can choose hours to work during office hours. 

Administrative Assistant Job Duties:

• Reset and organize entire 30 year old file system of paid invoices sales orders, etc. by color code, date and alphabetical order. 
• Set up and manage online banking of bills.
• Notify vendors and customers of new email address.
• Work with management to increase automation in the office.
• Create and laminate signage in MS Word.
• Eventually, entries and accounting in QuickBooks.
• Spring 2026, inventory and sales order in QuickBooks and Excel.

Administrative Assistant Job Qualifications:

• Prior experience with QuickBooks, Excel and Word
• Ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail 
• Organizational skills, a must
