Position Summary

• Flexible Scheduling based on your availability! Flexible Schedules - Let us know your availability!
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting a positive and friendly environment
• Administer medications, as directed by healthcare professionals
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients
• Prepare and serve meals according to clients' dietary restrictions and preferences
• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and other outings, as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided

Requirements :

• 40 Hr Certificate, Active HHA 75 hour certificate, CNA license (Required)
• Must have a current CPR certification (Required)
• Level 2 Background check and Fingerprinting (Required)
• Valid Driver's License, reliable personal vehicle, car insurance (Required)
• Recent Negative TB Screening Results or Chest X-Ray (Required)
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients
• Excellent communication, required to have the ability to read, write and speak English well enough to communicate with staff, residents and visitors.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficient in basic computer skills for documentation purposes
