JOB REQUIREMENTS: A member in Nekoosa is looking for a backup CNA to

fill in as needed. There are no guaranteed hours with this position, but could be in the future. If you are a compassionate, reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) that strives to provide personalized, in-home support, this could be a great role to add a few hours here and there. This is a private-duty positionmeaning you\'ll be hired directly by the member rather than through an agencygiving you more flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to build a meaningful one-on-one relationship. About the Role You\'ll play a key role in supporting the member\'s independence, dignity, and quality of life at home. Key Responsibilities Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting Support safe mobility and transfers (e.g., from bed to wheelchair) Experience with slide board transfers a plus!! Prepare simple, nutritious meals Light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment Offer companionship and emotional support Accompany the member to church on Sundays using the family van Qualifications Active CNA certification in Wisconsin Home care experience preferred (but not required) Reliable transportation and a valid driver\'s license Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented Why Work in Self-Directed Support (SDS)?
