Position: Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Develop project plans, goals, and budgets; identify resources needed
• Coordinate project team members, assign tasks, and track progress
• Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders
• Risk management and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
• Manage project documentation and communication

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or relevant project management experience
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of project management experience
• Experience working in a paramedical or healthcare industry is preferred
• PMP certification is a plus

Salary & Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $98,000 per year
• Maximum Salary: $140,000 per year
