Bachelor’s degree or above 8+ years of manufacturing experience, including 3+ years in a production management role Industry background in Consumer Electronics / Small Home Appliances / Automotive manufacturing Strong hands-on experience in assembly-line production Proven track record in Lean Manufacturing (Kaizen, 5S, CI, efficiency improvement, yield improvement, cost reduction) Experience working in large factories (300+ employees) with solid people-management capability Able to work on-site in Batam, Indonesia Language English required for daily work Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus, especially for communication with HQ and internal stakeholders Oversee daily production operations to ensure output, quality, cost, and delivery targets are met Lead and manage assembly production lines for mass-produced, non-equipment products Implement and drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives (efficiency improvement, waste reduction, cost control) Manage and develop production teams in a large-scale factory environment (300+ employees) Directly supervise 30–40 frontline staff, including team leaders and supervisors Coordinate closely with other functions such as Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and HQ Establish and optimize SOPs, KPIs, and continuous improvement processes Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies
