As a Real Estate Title Analyst, you will review and analyze risk associated with title insurance commitments, related exception documents, real property legal descriptions, and surveys on commercial real estate loans.
How you'll spend your time:
You will review and analyze risk associated with title insurance commitments, related exception documents, real property legal descriptions, and surveys on commercial real estate loans.
You will identify and recommend title endorsements and negotiate removal of exception items.
You will assess and mitigate risk based on feedback from the title company.
You will educate peers and business partners in understanding risks associated with title insurance.
You will review leases and landlord consents and releases and advise on changes.

3+ years Commercial Real Estate experience
Title company background or Real Estate analyst at law firm
Compensation Range:
$51,480.00 - $99,330.00
