Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone who’s:

• Passionate about helping children with autism learn and grow.
• A natural with kids
• Able to collaborate as a team but also take initiative independently.
• An effective communicator with families and colleagues.
• RBT-certified or willing to become certified with our support.
• Experienced (or interested) in special education, psychology, or related fields.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Implement 1:1 therapy sessions based on individualized treatment plans.
• Teach communication, play, and social skills in engaging and meaningful ways.
• Collect data using an iPad to track progress.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training.
• Partner with families and professionals to support consistent progress.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records.
