As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a key role in implementing individualized treatment plans designed to improve the lives of children with autism and other developmental challenges. Whether you’re just starting your career or looking to expand your experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative and caring environment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Delivering one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collecting and recording data on client progress during sessions.
- Assisting in implementing behavior intervention plans to help clients achieve their goals.
- Providing a positive and engaging environment for children to learn and grow.
- Communicating effectively with supervisors, families, and team members to ensure consistent support for clients.

- Hold a current RBT certification or are willing to obtain it.

- Have strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
