Requirements:

• Active RN license (state-specific as required)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Previous perioperative OR experience required.
• Prior charge nurse or leadership experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise daily OR operations and staff assignments.
• Provide direct perioperative patient care as needed.
• Ensure compliance with surgical safety protocols and infection control standards.
• Serve as a clinical resource and support for OR nursing staff.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Assist with scheduling, case flow, and emergency situations.
