**CTG is seeking to fill a Salesforce Developer position for our client.** **Location:** Remote **Duration:** 4 months **Description:** We're looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate is experienced in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), with strong integration and CRM expertise. This role supports platform optimization and enterprise application integrations. **Duties:** + Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions. + Configure Salesforce features (objects, workflows, validation, security). + Develop integrations with external systems via REST APIs. + Build event-driven solutions using Platform Events and Change Data Capture. + Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to governor limits. **Skills:** + Strong Apex, Visualforce, and LWC development. + Experience with Batch, Future, Queueable, and Scheduled Apex. + Proficiency with Custom Metadata, Custom Settings, and event-driven architecture. + Skilled in REST APIs, JSON/XML data handling, and Salesforce security setup. **Experience:** + 5+ years of Salesforce development experience. + Proven success delivering Salesforce solutions and integrations. **Education:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred. + Salesforce Developer or Platform Developer certifications preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $45.00 to $59.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
