Position Overview:

We’re looking for a confident and capable Spa Manager to lead our team at Fluent SkinSpa. This role is key in delivering an elevated client experience, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Experience Excellence
  Lead by example and coach team members to consistently deliver a high-level, personalized client experience.
• Team Leadership & Development
  Inspire and mentor employees through clear communication, performance reviews, and ongoing training. Support hiring and onboarding while fostering a culture of growth.
• Daily Spa Operations
  Oversee all daily functions of the spa, including scheduling, front desk operations, client checkouts, and facility maintenance to ensure a seamless and professional environment.
• Collaboration with Business Leadership
  Work closely with Fluent leadership to align team goals with overall business strategy and initiatives.
• Financial Oversight
  Contribute to revenue growth by managing budgets, controlling expenses, and tracking financial performance. Use data to inform smart, strategic decisions.
