Cognizant is a member of the NASDAQ-100, the S&P 500, the Forbes Global 1000, and the Fortune 500 and we are among the top performing and fastest growing companies in the world. **This position does not offer visa sponsorship; only candidates who are visa-independent are eligible to apply.** Title: SR Retail Agile Program Manager with MCOM ( Multi channel Order Management) Roles and Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 20 to 24 years of expertise in program execution delivery management and agile methodologies. **The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-channel order management services.** This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive program success and align with our company's goals ensuring impactful contributions to our mission. **Responsibilities** + Oversee the execution of complex programs ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery. + Manage delivery management processes to optimize efficiency and achieve desired outcomes. + Implement agile methodologies to enhance program flexibility and responsiveness to change. + Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and collaboration across projects. + Monitor program progress and performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. + Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation to support transparency and accountability. + Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of program goals. + Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in program management. + Analyze program data to identify trends and inform decision-making processes. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency. + Collaborate with leadership to align program objectives with organizational goals and priorities. + Leverage expertise in multi-channel order management services to optimize program outcomes. **Qualifications** + Possess extensive experience in program execution and delivery management. + Demonstrate proficiency in agile methodologies and their application in program management. + Exhibit strong domain knowledge in multi-channel order management services. + Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. + Display a strategic mindset with the ability to drive program success and align with company goals. + Have a proven track record of managing complex programs in a hybrid work model. + Demonstrate the ability to foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. **Certifications Required** Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Project Management Professional (PMP) Application Accepted: 11/30/2025 The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 -165 USD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
