Careerscape is recruiting for a renewable energy company that needs an experienced Project Manager to oversee wind farm development and construction. You'll manage projects from permitting through commissioning across the western United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage wind farm development projects from start to finish
• Coordinate permitting, land acquisition, and interconnection
• Oversee engineering, procurement, and construction
• Manage project budgets in the tens of millions
• Lead project teams including engineers and contractors
• Track project schedules and critical milestones
• Communicate with stakeholders including utilities and landowners
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met
• Report project status to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field required
• 5-7 years of renewable energy project management experience
• PE or PMP certification preferred
• Strong understanding of wind energy technology
• Experience managing large capital projects
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Budget management and cost control abilities
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders
• Willing to travel to project sites regularly
