Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled **Chief Technology Architect - CMT** will be responsible for shaping and executing the organization's long-term technology strategy to align with business goals and market trends. It requires strong leadership in adopting innovative technologies and ensuring seamless integration across the enterprise. **Key Responsibilities:** · **Strategic Planning:** Develop and oversee long-term technology strategies aligned with business objectives and market dynamics. · **Technology Leadership:** Drive adoption of emerging technologies and ensure integration of innovative solutions across the organization. · **Innovation Centre:** Lead initiatives for the Innovation Centre with communications customers. · **System Architecture:** Design and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure system architecture. · **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with IT, network operations, and business units for cohesive operations. · **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards. · **Performance Optimisation:** Monitor and optimise network and IT infrastructure performance. · **Risk Management:** Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity. · **Vendor Management:** Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers to secure best-in-class solutions. · **Innovation & R\&D:** Lead research and development to explore new technologies; develop and publish agent catalogues across telecom and other verticals. · **Customer Focus:** Ensure technology initiatives enhance customer experience. **Required Qualifications:** · 15+ years of experience in senior leadership roles of complex solutioning experience with broad technical exposure. · Extensive experience in telecom businesses. · Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills. · Broad and deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, enterprise architecture, data management, and AI. · Proven experience leading large-scale technical and complex transformation programmes (architecture strategy, design, and deployment). · Strong background as a Principal Enterprise Architect in telecom industry. · Expertise in telecom end-to-end business processes (OSS/BSS). · Solid solution architecture experience with ability to decompose broad processes into functional components. · Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and COTS products (Salesforce, Pega, ServiceNow, Amdocs, Adobe Suite). · GenAI-related certifications and hands-on exposure. · Experience building telco domain-based solution offerings focused on next-gen tech stack and SaaS replacement. · Deep exposure to Agentic GenAI, LLM, SLM, infrastructure, and data pipelines. · Knowledge of TMF specifications and ODA is a plus. **Preferred Qualifications:** · Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or Business. · Telecommunications Domain **Salary and Other Compensation:** Applications will be accepted until Nov 25 2025 The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 to $200,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
