Commercial Lines Account Manager / Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Lubbock, TX
Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 annually + Full Benefits + Annual Profit Sharing

We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager/CSR to join a respected, growth-oriented insurance agency based in Lubbock, TX. Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and retain a portfolio of commercial insurance clients across a variety of industries.

* Deliver proactive, high-touch customer service to ensure satisfaction and renewals.

* Handle policy reviews, endorsements, renewals, certificates, and claims support.

* Maintain accurate records using industry-standard software (preferably Vertafore AMS360).

* Collaborate with corporate teams and occasionally travel for training or strategic meetings.

* Stay updated on changes in insurance regulations, coverage trends, and risk management strategies.

Qualifications:
Required:

* Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

* Strong attention to detail with a client-first, problem-solving mindset

Preferred:

* Experience with Vertafore AMS360 or similar agency management systems
