We are a fast-growing event marketing and fundraising company seeking a motivated, outgoing, and people-oriented Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives to join our team immediately. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with the public and want a career that offers hands-on experience, professional development, and advancement opportunities .
No experience required. We provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and real-world experience at live events, community outreach initiatives, and promotional campaigns supporting leading nonprofit and charity organizations .
Engage and interact with attendees at live events, brand activations, and community outreach programs
Deliver friendly, professional customer service to guests, donors, and participants
Share campaign and fundraising information while confidently answering questions
Assist with event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site support
Build strong relationships with community members, supporters, and partners
Maintain a positive, high-energy, and welcoming environment at all events
We are looking for individuals who are:
Outgoing, personable, and comfortable engaging with the public
Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills

Experience in retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required
