Job Description

We are a rapidly growing event marketing and nonprofit fundraising company seeking motivated and customer-focused Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives for an immediate start . This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to build a long-term career in customer service, event marketing, community outreach, and fundraising .

No prior experience required. We provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and real-world experience through live events, promotional campaigns, and nonprofit outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with the public at live events, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach programs

  • Provide professional, friendly customer service to attendees, donors, and supporters

  • Communicate nonprofit missions, campaign messaging, and fundraising goals clearly and effectively

  • Answer questions accurately and confidently

  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site coordination

  • Build positive relationships with community members and partner organizations

  • Maintain a high-energy, welcoming, and professional presence at all events

Qualifications

  • Outgoing and approachable with strong communication skills

  • Comfortable interacting with new people in public settings

  • Coachable, positive, and eager to learn

  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

  • Reliable, professional, and available for an immediate start

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, promotions, or fundraising is a plus, but not required.
