Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in Cambridge, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products reach our valued customers in a timely and professional manner.

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers' locations
• Navigate efficiently through Cambridge and surrounding areas using GPS and local knowledge
• Load and unload deliveries, ensuring proper handling of products
• Process customer orders and handle cash or electronic payments accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Adhere to traffic laws and company safety policies at all times
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues promptly
• Adapt to changing weather conditions and delivery schedules
• Contribute to a positive team environment and maintain a professional appearance

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent knowledge of Cambridge and surrounding areas
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic math skills for handling payments and inventory
• Ability to use GPS technology and mobile devices for order processing
• Physical stamina to lift and carry products weighing up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Time management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Attention to detail in maintaining accurate delivery records
• Basic computer skills for using order management systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and resilience in handling challenging situations
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
