Entry-Level Sales Representative
About the Role
We are seeking ambitious and motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives. This is a remote, 1099 independent contractor position offering performance-based pay with unlimited earning potential . You’ll receive complete training, mentorship, and the tools you need to succeed—no prior sales or insurance experience required.
What You’ll Do
Connect with prospective clients who have shown interest in our services
Conduct virtual or phone consultations to understand their needs and goals
Recommend solutions tailored to their situation and budget
Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM
Participate in ongoing training and development programs
