**Job Description**
As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for sequencing products according to customer specifications, using RF scanning equipment to verify sequencing information, and operating hand tools, assembly equipment, and basic office equipment. You will also sort products for quality checking, perform quality checks as per company and customer specifications, and ensure products are labeled and free from defects. Additional duties will be assigned as needed.
**Responsibilities**
+ Sequence products according to customer specifications.
+ Use RF scanning equipment to verify sequencing information.
+ Operate hand tools, assembly equipment, and basic office equipment.
+ Sort products for quality checking and defect containment.
+ Perform quality checks as per company and customer specifications.
+ Ensure products are labeled and free from defects.
+ Complete additional duties as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1+ year of relatable experience in production or a similar role.
+ Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
+ Capability to stand for 8 hours.
+ Valid driver's license.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in assembly, warehouse operations, forklift operation, cleanroom procedures, machine operation, packaging, and use of hand tools.

**Work Environment**
You will work in a fast-paced environment that can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The role involves interaction with a diverse range of staff, from office personnel to assemblers and janitors. You will be stationed at docking areas and work across warehouse aisles and assembly cells. The dress code includes jeans and steel-toed shoes.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waterloo, IA.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
