As a Human Resources Assistant at Edgewood, you'll support day-to-day operations of our corporate HR team, ensuring smooth communication across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations such as distributing mail and phone messages
• Support the Employee Feedback process and assist with company HR audits
• Handle government agency notices in coordination with the HR team
• Assist in developing HR policies, notices, job descriptions, and training materials
• Contribute to department projects and initiatives

Qualifications

• Proficiency in computer systems and MS Office applications
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
• Passion and drive for helping others
