We are seeking a dedicated Online Chat Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will interact with clients via live chat to answer inquiries, provide information about our counselling services, and ensure a smooth, supportive experience for every client.
This is a non-voice, chat-based role , ideal for someone who is patient, empathetic, and enjoys helping people online.
High School Diploma or equivalent ( Bachelor’s degree preferred ).
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Comfort with chat platforms, CRM tools, and basic computer operations .
Strong empathy, patience, and problem-solving abilities .
Ability to handle multiple chats and tasks simultaneously.
Prior experience in customer support or chat-based communication is a plus.
