This full-time role offers you the chance to make a lasting impression while supporting the daily operations of our hospital's parking services. We're seeking individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, are comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, and bring strong communication and customer service skills. You'll have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a dedicated team, ensuring that every vehicle and guest is treated with care and efficiency. Shifts range between 9 AM - 9 PM (mid-shift, daylight/evening) with options for either four 10-hour or five 8-hour schedules following training. Rotating weekends and holidays are required. In this role, there is opportunity to - + Greet patients and visitors with courtesy and professionalism upon arrival and departure. + Operate vehicles entrusted to valet services safely and responsibly at all times. + Assist with traffic flow and parking management in designated valet and garage areas. + Follow departmental procedures for radio communication, key storage, and vehicle tagging. + Respond quickly to valet calls and supervisor directions, maintaining urgency during peak hours. + Inspect vehicles for any damage and immediately report issues to the parking supervisor. + Maintain an organized log sheet and ensure accuracy in all valet-related documentation. + Demonstrate respect, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude in all customer and team interactions.
